Capital List, Ltd Refund Policy

Capital List, Ltd has every reason to believe that your experience dealing with us and the use of the data we provide will be a positive one. With that in mind we have established the following Refund Policy to insure your satisfaction:

• All data should be visually inspected upon arrival for any obvious errors or omissions. This includes electronic data. Any adjustment required must be made within five working days of delivery and will be in the form of a credit against a future order or replacement of duplicate or defective data. In the event your data arrives damaged or defective, we will make every effort to resend or replace the data immediately at no additional charge.
• We Guarantee our Consumer and Occupant Lists to be over 95% deliverable and our Business Lists to be over 90% deliverable. Any returns beyond those limits will be replaced or credited within the following guidelines:
  
  
  • The mailing must take place within 30 thirty days of list production and returns must be sent back for review by the compiler within 60 sixty days of the mail date.
  • “Address Correction Requested” was not requested on the mail piece.
  • The data has not been manipulated or merged with another database.
• Most orders are processed immediately upon receipt and delivered electronically within hours or shipped based on your request. We will make every effort to locate a missing order but we cannot be responsible for delays in production or delivery due to mechanical or human error. Please allow ample time for production and delivery!
